No PC, phone method
1. Install any app that allows adb on a phone like this.
https://forum.mobilism.org/viewtopic.php?f=438&t=5092101&hilit=Adb
2. If your device is over 11 years old, please pair the app first using wireless debugging, and then connect; otherwise, connect directly.
(The instructions are explained in the application itself).
3. You now have shell to run adb commands. Just go to the directory where you downloaded the file (.ab) in shell via cd commands and run the command to restore it.
adb restore net.imaios.eanatomy.ab
4. The app will be restored with the data.
