Disable url redirection (prevent twitter redirection from t.co to destination link when clicking a link on twitter).
Disable threads (live content)
Disable tweets related to tweet details
Remove video carousel

Use:
Go to Settings & Support and tap the down arrow, then go to Settings & Privacy > Additional Resources, then tap the version number
