Yuka uses a simple color code to tell you about the product’s impact on your health: excellent, good, mediocre, or poor. You can access a detailed information page for each product to help you understand your score.

Each product is evaluated according to 3 objective criteria: the nutritional value, the additives and the organic dimension of the product.

The scoring method is based on the analysis of all the ingredients of the product. Each ingredient is assigned a risk level, based on current scientific research.
◆ BEST PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS ◆
For any product with a negative score, Yuka will recommend a similar product that is better for your health as an alternative. Does your breakfast cereal contain dangerous additives and too much sugar? Yuka will recommend other more natural and low-sugar cereals.

Yuka is a STANDALONE application built using Open Food Facts, a collaborative database of food products. The cosmetics database has been compiled independently by Yuka.
